fortunately none of the old suite was being saved so started by removing that 1st then the old ceramic tiles which unfortunately pulled most of the plaster away too. Removed all the skirting, also part of the floor to give me access to the main water pipe which was running though the wall, that needed rerouting and boxing in also putting a new cable in for the shower, once that was done and everything cleared out I could start plastering the room

Just as a tip if you have any plastering / screeding or concreting to do

hold on to the bath for knocking up in, this will come in very handy.
