Wet room Floor Removed floorboards approximately 35 inches wide by the length of the bathroom which was 5 feet, leaving at least 1 and a half inches around the edges, this is needed for screwing the new plywood floor to. |

Obviously this is the ideal time for laying pipes and cables and setting up the drainage.
