Wetroom.org and associated sites are committed to protecting your privacy on the Internet. This statement discloses all of our information gathering and dissemination practices. We will make every effort to ensure that this document is accurate and up-to-date. If there are any changes to this document, then the changes will be posted up here. Gathered Information
Wetroom.org collects information such as names, passwords and unique identifiers through our registration forms. All information collected through registration is used for client identification, for client access and for our own internal purposes. This information is kept confidential and will not be released in part or in whole to any third party without our clients' prior permission unless it becomes necessary in order to:

  • conform to legal requirement or comply with legal process
  • enforce our Terms of Service Agreement
  • protect and defend the rights and properties of Wetroom.org
  • act to protect the interests of its clients

IP Addresses
Wetroom.org tracks clients' IP addresses as well. We use this information to generate statistics that help us streamline and improve our program so that our clients will have the best service possible. We do not attach any personal information to the IP addresses we track, so our clients remain anonymous in this regards.

Updating User Information
Clients may change their password through a form available on our web mail service's login page. If a client wishes to terminate their account with Wetroom.org, they simply just stop using the service. User accounts are auto-deleted if they remain inactive for extended periods of time. Conversely, a client may also contact us if they wish their account to be terminated immediately.

Communication
Wetroom.org  will not release its clients' e-mail addresses to any third party under any circumstances. We may send out e-mail bulletins to all of our clients or to individual clients should the need arise.

Cookies
Wetroom.org uses cookies for tracking and security purposes. Cookies are text files that websites place on a user's computer for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies to keep track of client preferences and settings. Cookies can only be accessed by the website where the cookie originated from. Other websites do not have access to our cookies, while we do not have access to cookies given out by other websites. This guarantees that no one will be able to access our clients' information but us.
